04 · What is offered
Information about a coastal stay concept and the handling of enquiries about room stays, dinner, a clay session and a morning outing. Nothing is sold through this website, and no order can be placed on it. Each item is arranged only after a written confirmation by email.
05 · Prices
No prices are published. The price of each item, shown with consumption tax, is stated in our written reply and in the confirmation. A quote is valid only for the stay it names.
06 · Charges other than the price
Any further charge, such as a meal that is not included, a tax levied per night, postage for a finished clay piece or a fee set by a third-party operator, is itemised in the quote before you decide.
07 · Payment methods and timing
No payment is taken on this website. The way and the time of payment are stated in the written confirmation of each item, and nothing is due before that confirmation.
08 · When the service is provided
The dates and times are agreed individually with you by email. A posted clay piece is sent after the kiln schedule allows and an estimate is given when the session is confirmed.
09 · Changes and cancellation
Terms for changes and cancellation, including any cancellation charge, are agreed in writing when an item is confirmed and may differ by item. Because the terms depend on what was arranged, no fixed fee is stated on this page. If a regulated element cannot go ahead because of weather or safety, we tell you as early as we can and discuss the next step.
10 · Returns and defects
Services that have been provided cannot be returned. If a clay piece arrives broken or a service is not as confirmed, write to us promptly with the details and we will talk about a remedy; your statutory rights are not affected.
11 · Permits and registrations
No permit or registration number is shown on this website. Lodging, food service and passenger boat outings each require the permits that apply to the operator who provides them, and their status is stated on request and before any item is confirmed. We do not describe a bath as a hot spring unless it is one.
12 · Qualified invoice issuer
No registration number for the qualified invoice system is shown. If an item is confirmed, the confirmation tells you whether a qualified invoice can be issued.
13 · Scope of this notice
This notice describes what this website presents today: information about a coastal stay concept and a way to send an enquiry. Nothing can be ordered or paid for on the site. If we later offer an item for sale online, we will update this notice before that happens and state the price, the payment methods, the timing and the cancellation terms for it on this page.
Where a local operator, for example a ceramicist or a licensed boat operator, provides part of a stay, we tell you in our reply who provides it and on what terms, so that you know who your contract is with before you agree.
